Annual Report

It’s no secret that we’ve launched a big, bold new brand for our business which will replace the Shell brand as our visual identity. Hopefully this story has been hard to miss!

Z Energy is our new identity which reflects who we are, what matters to us and how we will behave. Very simply, Z is for New Zealand.

Since Shell sold its business in April 2010, we’ve traded for a full year as Greenstone Energy – a Kiwi energy company.

Over this year we’ve taken big steps to realising our goal of being a world-class Kiwi company. The unveiling of Z Energy is the latest step in this journey.

So while we’re pursuing our vision of seriously shaking up this industry and giving our customers what they want, we cannot ignore the 2011 year through which so much of our future direction has been determined.

Please find linked below our very first annual report. It is branded Greenstone Energy, because this is who we were for the course of this year. This report is a substantiator of many things that underpin our recent brand decision: it sets new standards of transparency, it covers issues not commonly discussed in this industry and we invite external stakeholders to tell us what matters to them in our business. 

We will produce a report like this every year, opening the doors on our business and discussing the issues that matter to us and to New Zealand.
