With Z Card, your business has one simple method of buying fuel right around New Zealand. Z Card means no paper receipt mountains, no more late expense claims, no more wasted time on administration and an accurate picture of your fuel costs. Multiple cards are consolidated into one invoice, so you don’t have to manage separate payments for each staff member. Some cards can also earn Fly Buys or discounts for your business on fuel prices. And because you don’t have to pay until you get the invoice, your cash flow is freed up for other purposes.

Now here’s some of the features that come with your Z Card.
All Z Cards are issued with a pre-set PIN or you can select your own. You decide what each driver can and can’t buy with their Z Card and what security controls you want. For example, you can specify only certain types of fuel and services, require compulsory odometer entry, and set daily or monthly usage limits. You can also assign cards to specific cost centres to make management easier. If you want to change those options, no problem – you can do so any time.
No more hunting for individual receipts or managing multiple expense accounts. Instead you’ll receive easy-to-understand tax invoices by email.
We securely store your data in Z Card Online so you can access copies of your previous invoices and get detailed transaction information. You can also generate reports by date, cost centre or card.
You can use Z Card at any Shell or Z service station and truckstop, depending on your vehicle. With over 220 service stations and 80+ truckstops, we’ve got the country covered.
Both Shell Cards and Z Fuel Cards can be used at any Shell or Z location.
