Z Card Online

Z Card Online update – 27 March 2018

At the end of last year we identified an issue which required us to remove access to Z Card Online. Since then our technology experts have been busy building a new web based portal so you can continue to manage your fuel account online. This new Z Card Online portal is being built in a series of quick releases of the most critical and commonly used functions.

The first set of critical functions - cancel, replace and update cards -are now all available within our new system - giving you the power to manage your existing fleet in your own time. Click below to visit our new portal:

Login details

Your login details will be the same as they were for the old Z Card Online system. If you have forgotten your login or password you can email our customer services team and get them to send you a login reminder and a password reset.

Individual card requests

Ordering a brand new card.

You can continue to call 0800 474 355 or email zcard@z.co.nz, whichever is easiest for you. 

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm

Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm

Requesting a Z Card report or invoice

Viewing transactions by cards or cost centres, or reviewing the cards on your account etc, or getting another copy of an invoice or statement.

You are best to call 0800 474 355 or email zcard@z.co.nz, whichever is easiest for you.

Subscribing to a Z Card report or Smart Alert

We can set you up with reoccurring Z Card reports and Smart Alerts.

 

Note: Any Z Card reports and Smart Alerts you had previously subscribed to will continue to be sent to you automatically.

What is coming next

Over the next month we'll be adding more handy functions to our new online portal. With the next release you will be able to suspend and reactivate cards and run transaction reports. After that you will be able to order new Z cards.
