Z Card new card orders update – 21 June 2018

We're currently experiencing delays in issuing new Z Cards, meaning cards ordered will take an additional 2-3 business days on the standard 5 business days we currently we work to. We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, the team are working hard to get this resolved and we expect to have things back to normal by Wednesday, 26 June.

Z Card Online update – 25 May 2018

We've built a new online portal for our Z Card customers. Within our new online portal you can cancel, replace, update, suspend, reactivate and order new Z Cards, and you can also access two of our handiest account management reports - invoice data and transaction listing reports - giving you the freedom to manage your fleet your way.

Login details

Your login details will be the same as they were for the old Z Card Online system. If you have forgotten your login or password you can email our customer services team and get them to send you a login reminder and a password reset.

Requesting a Z Card report or invoice

Viewing transactions by cards or cost centres, or reviewing the cards on your account etc, or getting another copy of an invoice or statement.

Subscribing to a Z Card report or Smart Alert

We can set you up with reoccurring Z Card reports and Smart Alerts.

 

Note: Any Z Card reports and Smart Alerts you had previously subscribed to will continue to be sent to you automatically.
