Z Card Online Maintenance

Z Card Online outage update – 25 January 2018

We have identified an issue which has required us to remove access to Z Card Online. Instead of attempting to fix our older Z Card Online system, we have made a decision to build a new online portal for you.

The new online portal will give you access to the most critical and commonly used Z Card Online features in a series of releases, over the next 4 months. We will keep you informed once we have a confirmed date and clarity on the exact functionality.

In the meantime we have increased our customer services team, and we are in the process of extending our week day hours to 9pm (which will take effect from early February).

We understand how much your business depends on a system like Z Card Online to manage your fleet and want to apologise for the inconvenience and assure you providing you with an acceptable level of service is our number one priority.

Individual card requests

Cancelling, ordering or replacing a new card, or changing details (like driver name, products allowed) on an individual card.

You can continue to call 0800 474 355 or email zcard@z.co.nz, whichever is easiest for you. 

 

Tip: If you need to urgently cancel a lost or stolen card, it’s usually faster to call us.

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm

Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm

 

Calls are typically answered within 20 seconds and emails responded to within the same business day.

Multiple card requests you would have usually managed in Z Card Online

Cancelling, ordering, replacing or changing lots of details (like driver names, cost centres, products allowed etc) for multiple cards.

Requesting a Z Card report or invoice

Viewing transactions by cards or cost centres, or reviewing the cards on your account etc, or getting another copy of an invoice or statement.

We can set you up with reoccurring Z Card reports and Smart Alerts.

 

Note: Any Z Card reports and Smart Alerts you had previously subscribed to will continue to be sent to you automatically.
