Fly Buys

Z and Shell are the only service stations that offer Fly Buys – New Zealand’s biggest rewards programme. We’ve got over 200 service stations where you can collect them. 

Fly Buys members get to choose from over 1,000 rewards – flights, electronics, housewares, fragrances, magazine subscriptions and more. Last year, about 750,000 Kiwis ordered a Fly Buys reward. Smart Kiwis. 

Here’s how to earn Fly Buys points with Z and Shell. 

Points on Fuel

• You’ll earn 1 point for every 20 litres of fuel you buy (includes 95, 91, diesel and LPG).
• You’ll also earn monthly Bonus Points when you buy the following in total over the month (applies to all transactions and all cards on the Fly Buys account):
  • Over 100 litres = 4 Bonus Points
  • Over 200 litres = 8 Bonus Points
  • Over 300 litres = 12 Bonus Points

Points in the shop

You’ll earn 1 point for every $7 you spend in the shop (except for tobacco, gift card and phone top-up purchases).

Surprise!

• We’ve usually got special Bonus Point offers going on somewhere. Keep an eye out for them in store.
• Sometimes you might receive an exclusive offer through the mail or by email that isn’t advertised in-store. If this makes you feel special, good. That’s kind of the idea.
