Get Business Pumping Terms and Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you accept the following terms and conditions: 

1. The promotion is run by us, Z Energy Limited, of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
2. The Promoter is running the ‘Get Business Pumping’ competition for Z Business Plus and Z Business Partner customers (the “Promotion”).
3. There are 25 prizes. Each prize is a $1,000 (incl GST) account credit which will be applied to the prize winner’s active Z Business Plus or Z Business Partner account (each a “Prize”).
4. Each Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Entries are open to Z Business Plus or Z Business Partner customers who reside in New Zealand and are aged 18 or over on the date of entry (“Eligible Entrants”). This excludes employees of The Promoter and their immediate families.
6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must fuel up at Z, Caltex, and/or Challenge using their Z Business fuel card between 12:01am 28 April 2025 and 11:59pm 8 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).  Each time an Eligible Entrant fuels up with their Z Business fuel card during the Promotion Period they will receive one entry into the prize draw. 
7. The winner of each Prize will be drawn at random by the Promoter seven days following the end of the Promotion Period (the “Draw Date”). 
8. A winner will be disqualified from claiming a Prize if they cancel their Z Business account before the Draw Date. 
9. A winner cannot win more than one prize.
10. The Promoter will attempt to contact each winner by phone or by email on the Draw Date using the contact details associated with that winner’s Z Business fuel card account to notify that winner that they have won the Prize (unless a re-draw is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, in which case the Draw Date and notification may occur on a later date).  
11. The registered owner of the Z Business account associated with each relevant winning entry will be the winner of the Prize. The $1,000 (incl. GST) account credit will be applied at the Z Business account level not at the individual cardholder level. The $1,000 (incl. GST) will be applied to an active Z Business account within 30 days. If the Prize winner’s account is inactive at this time, the Prize winner forfeits the Prize and the Promoter may re-draw the Prize in a further random draw.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of the entries submitted by Eligible Entrants using a Z Business fuel card belonging to any other person, or by cardholders who are not the registered owner of the Z Business account. 
13. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter with their acceptance of the Prize, and an acceptable photo of the winner that can be used for the Promoter’s promotional purposes on channels such as social media platforms, within three days of the Promoter attempting to make contact, then the winner forfeits the right to the Prize and the Promoter will redraw a winner. 
14. The Promoter can conduct a further random draw for an alternate winner if it decides, acting reasonably, that the winner or the winner’s entry does not comply with these terms and conditions.
15. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use their name and business name if they win a Prize for promotional purposes, along with the photo mentioned at paragraph 13 above.
16. Information each winner provides will be held in accordance with Z’s Privacy Policy found here.
17. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including if fraud or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority. 
18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter, and any third-party service providers engaged for the purposes of the Promotion, will not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect or consequential liability, loss, expenses or damage whatsoever, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion and / or the Prize.
20. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries that are late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information.
21. Eligible Entrants are responsible for all content submitted as part of their entry. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such content to the full extent permitted by law. 
22. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Errors and omissions will be accepted solely at the Promoter’s discretion.
23. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
