Helping customers is a big part of my job as a Forecourt Concierge.
I’m out on the forecourt between 10am and 5pm each day, modelling the Z Factor in everything I do. I’m a real people person and love welcoming and helping customers, as well as pointing them in the right direction.
I’m fantastic at solving customers’ problems, whether it’s washing their windscreens or checking their oil and water. I know my stuff about our products and services, so I can help with any query, no matter how big or small. I’m flexible and adaptable and always looking for ways to improve the way we work. I’m working around flammable fuel and chemicals on the forecourt, so I keep safety front of mind in everything I do.
