Z Energy Car Wash
General Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to all Z₂O car washes at Z service stations.
- By using a Z₂O car wash, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
- Z₂O car wash ranges, pricing, and availability may differ from site to site.
- Z Energy Limited (Z Energy) provides two Z₂O car wash options for purchase:
- Regular Wash; and
- Supreme Wash.
- Z Energy reserves the right to change the price, types of options, and/or promotions for any Z₂O car wash at any time in its sole discretion.
- A Z₂O car wash ticket purchased can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a Customer can only use their Z₂O car wash ticket at the location from which they purchased it.
- The period of validity for a purchased Z₂O car wash may differ from site to site. Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing a Z₂O car wash.
- Z₂O car washes may not be available, at any time in Z’s sole discretion, due to maintenance or cleaning.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage or loss when a Z₂O Car Wash has been used incorrectly. This includes, but it not limited to:
- Vehicle not parked within the wash zone correctly;
- Vehicle impacts any part of the Z₂O Car Wash;
- Vehicle is moved or operated during wash cycle;
- Terms listed here are not adhered to.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage or loss related to vehicles with pre-existing damage or general wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracked or chipped windows;
- Headlight protectors, loose mud-flaps, side skirts or bumpers;
- Flaky, oxidized, or chipped paintwork or clear coat;
- Windows, sunroofs and doors opened while using the Z₂O car wash; and
- Removable antenna or any other accessories if not detached prior to entering the Z₂O car wash.
- Customer’s vehicles should not enter the Z₂O car wash if:
- the vehicle is more than 2.1m high and/or 2.1m wide;
- the vehicle has a ute tray that is uncovered or has racks or frames;
- the Customer is towing a trailer;
- the vehicle is a convertible;
- the vehicle has extended bull bars, rear fitted mirrors, and non-factory fitted attachments and/or extended front mirrors;
- the vehicle has a bicycle rack and bicycles;
- the vehicle is lowered;
- the vehicle has damaged paintwork or clear coat; and
- the vehicle has spotlights, roof racks, or any other accessory that protrudes excessively or is not securely attached.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss to property caused by the Customer failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or instructions stipulated at the Z₂O car wash site or by staff prior to using a Z₂O car wash. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in Z Energy seeking damages for any losses that arise to Z Energy.
- In the instance a customer has loaded an Airpoints™ or Flybuys card onto their Z App, that customer will be eligible to receive their ordinary loyalty reward where the customer scans their Z App in store when purchasing a Z₂O car wash . Alternatively, Customers will be eligible to receive their ordinary Airpoints™ /Flybuys rewards by scanning their Airpoints™ or Flybuys card in store. The rate at which a Customer earns Airpoints™ /Flybuys rewards may change without notice and may not be available for specific promotions or offers.
- Z Energy may amends these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion by publishing an updated version on its website.

Promotion Terms and Conditions
The availability of these offers may vary over time and by region. Check with your local Z Service Station for the latest Z₂O car wash promotion.
Fifth wash free with Z App
Purchase four Z₂O car washes (Regular or Supreme Wash) at any Z service station with a Z₂O car wash, earn a car wash stamp through the Z App for each car wash, and receive a fifth Z₂O car wash free of charge (“the Offer”).
- The Offer begins at 6:00am on 3rd July 2023.
- The Promoter is Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
- The Offer is available at all Z Energy service stations with a Z₂O car wash (“participating Z station”).
- To redeem the Offer, the customer must collect a car wash stamp through the Z App for four Z₂O car washes. The customer is responsible for scanning their Z App in-store during the purchase transaction. Only when the customer has four car wash stamps on the customer’s Z App account can they redeem the Offer.
- Stamps may take up to 24 hours to appear in a customer’s Z App. If a customer’s stamp is not loading onto the Z App after 24 hours from purchasing a Z₂O car wash, they can contact us at https://www.z.co.nz/contact-us/.
- The Offer may be changed or removed at any time in its sole discretion.
- The Z₂O car wash General Terms and Conditions apply to each Z₂O car wash purchased.

$15 Car Washes
Purchase any Z₂O car wash (Regular or Supreme Wash) at any Z service station with a Z₂O car wash and pay only $15 (“the Offer”).
- The Offer begins at 12:00am on 15 January 2024 and ends at 11:59pm, 11 February 2024.
- The Promoter is Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
- The Offer is available at a limited number of Z Energy service stations with a Z₂O car wash (“participating Z station”). See the site listed shown at the bottom of this section.
- Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing the Offer.
- The Offer can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a customer can only use the Offer at the location for which they purchased it at.
- In the instance a customer has loaded an Airpoints™ or Flybuys card onto their Z App, that customer will be eligible to receive their ordinary loyalty reward where the customer scans their Z App in store when purchasing the Offer. Alternatively, Customers will be eligible to receive their ordinary Airpoints™ /Flybuys rewards by scanning their Airpoints™ or Flybuys card in store.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other car wash promotion.
- This Offer can contribute towards the Z App Z₂O car wash stamps.
- Customers who purchase the Offer using a Z Business card or any other type of fuel card are not eligible for FlyBuys or Airpoint Dollar™ .

Spend $15 in store and get any car wash for $10
If a customer spends at least $15 in any Z service station with a Z₂O car wash, they can purchase one Z₂O car wash (either a Regular Wash or Supreme Wash) for only $10 (“the Offer”).
- The Offer begins at 12:00am on 18 December 2023 and ends at 11:59pm, 14 January 2024.
- The Promoter is Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
- The Offer is available at all Z Energy service stations with a Z₂O car wash (“participating Z station”).
- The Offer excludes purchases of tobacco, tobacco substitutes, Gift cards and/or fuel or diesel when determining whether a customer has spent $15 in store.
- The Offer only allows customers to purchase a maximum of one Z₂O car wash (either a Regular Wash or Supreme Wash) for only $10.
- Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will each list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing the Offer.
- The Offer can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a customer can only use the Offer at the location for which they purchased it at.

5x Supreme Washes for $50
Purchase five (5) Z₂O Supreme Washes at any Z service station with a Z₂O car wash and pay only $50 (“the Offer”).
- The Offer begins at 12:00am on 27 November 2023.
- The Promoter is Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
- The Offer is available at all Z Energy service stations with a Z₂O car wash (“participating Z station”).
- Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will each list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing the Offer.
- The Offer can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a customer can only use the Offer at the location for which they purchased it at.
- Airpoint Dollars™ and Fly Buys rewards are excluded when purchasing the Offer.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other car wash promotion.
- The Offer does not contribute to Z App loyalty stamps.
- Each customer is limited to one purchase of the Offer each.

Z Energy Vacuum
Terms and Conditions
- The period of validity for a purchased Z₂O vacuum may differ from site to site. Once a Z₂O vacuum is purchased, the Z₂O vacuum will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O vacuum ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O vacuum ticket will list the expiry date for that Z₂O vacuum. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing a Z₂O vacuum.
- Z₂O vacuum may not be available, at any time in Z’s sole discretion, due to maintenance or cleaning.
- Z₂O vacuum pricing and availability may differ from site to site. We currently offer a Z₂O vacuum as an item on its own or bundled with a Z₂O car wash purchase. Z₂O Vacuum may be excluded from some Z₂O Car Wash offers and may be sold separately.
