Z Energy Car Wash General Terms and Conditions

- These terms and conditions (the “Z Energy Car Wash General Terms and Conditions”) apply to all Z₂O car washes at Z service stations.
- By using a Z₂O car wash, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
- Z₂O car wash ranges, pricing, and availability may differ from site to site.
- Z Energy Limited (“Z Energy”) provides two Z₂O car wash options for purchase:
- Regular Wash; and
- Supreme Wash.
- Z Energy reserves the right to change the price, types of options, and/or promotions for any Z₂O car wash at any time in its sole discretion.
- A Z₂O car wash ticket purchased can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a customer can only use their Z₂O car wash ticket at the location from which they purchased it.
- The period of validity for a purchased Z₂O car wash may differ from site to site. Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing a Z₂O car wash.
- Z₂O car washes may not be available, at any time in Z’s sole discretion, due to maintenance, cleaning or repairs.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage or loss when a Z₂O car wash has been used incorrectly. This includes, but it not limited to:
- Vehicle not parked within the wash zone correctly;
- Vehicle impacts any part of the Z₂O car wash;
- Vehicle is moved or operated during wash cycle;
- Terms listed here are not adhered to.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage or loss related to vehicles with pre-existing damage or general wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracked or chipped windows;
- Headlight protectors, loose mud-flaps, side skirts or bumpers;
- Flaky, oxidized, or chipped paintwork or clear coat;
- Windows, sunroofs and doors opened while using the Z₂O car wash; and
- Removable antenna or any other accessories if not detached prior to entering the Z₂O car wash.
- Customers’ vehicles should not enter the Z₂O car wash if:
- the vehicle is more than 2.1m high and/or 2.1m wide;
- the vehicle has a ute tray that is uncovered or has racks or frames;
- the customer is towing a trailer;
- the vehicle is a convertible;
- the vehicle has extended bull bars, rear fitted mirrors, and non-factory fitted attachments and/or extended front mirrors;
- the vehicle has a bicycle rack and bicycles;
- the vehicle is lowered;
- the vehicle has damaged paintwork or clear coat; or
- the vehicle has spotlights, roof racks, or any other accessory that protrudes excessively or is not securely attached.
- Z Energy will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss to property caused by the customer’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or instructions stipulated at the Z₂O car wash site or by staff prior to using a Z₂O car wash. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in Z Energy seeking damages for any losses that arise to Z Energy.
- Customers can earn Airpoints Dollars™ on purchases of Z₂O car washes provided that they have added their Airpoints™ number to the Z App and scanned their digital card in their Z App at the time of purchasing the Z₂O car wash. Customers will earn Airpoints Dollars™ on Z₂O car washes at the rate described in the Terms and Conditions for Collecting Airpoints Dollars™ at Z found here: https://www.z.co.nz/products-and-services/rewards-promotions/airpoints/ or otherwise at the rate advertised by Z Energy from time to time.
- Z Energy may amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion by publishing an updated version on its website.

The $15 Car Washes
Purchase any Z₂O car wash (Regular or Supreme Wash) at any Z service station with a Z₂O car wash and pay only $15 (the “Offer”).
- The Offer is only available from time to time for a period determined by us as advertised in-store at participating Z Service Stations.
- The Promoter is Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
- The Offer is available at a limited number of Z Energy service stations with a Z₂O car wash (“participating Z station”). See the site listed shown at the bottom of this section.
- Once a Z₂O car wash is purchased, the car wash will be valid for either 7 or 30 days from purchase, as stated on the Z₂O car wash ticket received upon payment. The customer’s Z₂O car wash ticket will list the expiry date for that Z₂O car wash. Customers can ask staff at each participating Z station about the period of validity for that location before purchasing the Offer.
- The Offer can only be used at the place of issue. This means that a customer can only use the Offer at the location for which they purchased it at.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other car wash promotion.
- The Z Energy Car Wash General Terms and Conditions apply to this Offer.

Z Energy Vacuum
Terms and Conditions
- The period of validity for a purchased Z₂O vacuum may differ from site to site. - Z₂O vacuum may not be available, at any time in Z’s sole discretion, due to maintenance or cleaning.
- Z₂O vacuum pricing and availability may differ from site to site. We currently offer a Z₂O vacuum as an item on its own or bundled with a Z₂O car wash purchase. Z₂O Vacuum may be excluded from some Z₂O Car Wash offers and may be sold separately.
