Z Card 17 January promotion

The Z Card Summer continues and to help welcome in the new year we're offering selected businesses 10¢ off per litre and 4 x Airpoints Dollars™ or 4 x Fly Buys Points on all Z Card fuel purchases at Z service stations on Thursday 17 January.

 

Terms and Conditions – Z Card Summer 17 January 10 Cents Off Per Litre Promotion

  1. The 10 Cents Per Litre Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from 12:00am until 11:59pm Thursday 17 January 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promoter is Z Energy Ltd of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
  3. The Promotion is open to selected Z Card account owners with a discount less than 10 cents per litre off pump pricing, or on a client level discount with pricing less than 10 cents per litre off pump pricing at a Z service station only.  Z Card account owners will be eligible to participate in this Promotion if they have received a Promotion email directly from Z Energy during the Promotion Period (“Selected Customers”).
  4. Selected Customers will receive a discount of 10 cents off per litre at Z service stations for purchases of petrol or diesel (“Fuel”) when paying with Z Card during the Promotion Period (the “Discount”).
  5. The Discount will be applied as a credit to the Selected Customer’s Z Card account on either the January or February invoices.  
  6. This Promotion excludes Z truck stop, Z Airstop, LPG and SWAPnGO purchases.
  7. This Promotion excludes any Z Card accounts that are closed during or after the Promotion Period.
  8. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated in that promotion’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to Fly Buys Pumped Fuel Discounts.

  10. Z Energy’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Z Energy may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period.
  12. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Z Energy shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

 

Terms and Conditions – Z Card Summer 17 January 4 x Airpoints™ Dollars Promotion

  1. The Quad Airpoints Dollars™ Promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from 12:00am until 11:59pm Thursday 17 January 2019 (“Promotion Period”). 
  2. The Promoter is Z Energy Ltd of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
  3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must purchase petrol or diesel (“Fuel”) on Z Card and have an eligible Airpoints™ Card registered on their Z Card account (“Qualifying Purchase”).
  4. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will earn Airpoints Dollars at four times the standard rate (“Quad Airpoints Dollars”) for purchases made at Z sites during the Promotion Period. The standard rate for Z Card Airpoints Dollars at Z is 1 Airpoints Dollar for each $200 (GST inclusive) spent on eligible Fuel purchases made with the Z Card during each calendar month.
  5. This Promotion excludes Z truck stop and Z Airstop purchases.
  6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus Airpoints Dollars promotion at Z. 
  7. The Quad Airpoints Dollars will be credited to the Airpoints number loaded on the customer’s Z Card by 28 February 2019.

  1. The Quad Fly Buys Points Promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from 12:00am until 11:59pm Thursday 17 January 2019 (“Promotion Period”). 
  2. The Promoter is Z Energy Ltd of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z Energy”).
  3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must purchase petrol or diesel (“Fuel”) on Z Card and have the eligible Fly Buys Card registered on their Z Card account (“Qualifying Purchase”).
  4. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will earn Fly Buys points at four times the standard rate (“Quad Fly Buys Points”) for purchases made at Z sites during the Promotion Period. The standard rate for Z Card Fly Buys points at Z is 1 Fly Buys point for each complete $50 (GST inclusive) spent on eligible Fuel purchases made with the Card during each calendar month.  
  5. This Promotion excludes Z truck stop and Z Airstop purchases.
  6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus Fly Buys points promotion at Z. 
  7. The Quad Fly Buys Points will be credited to the Fly Buys number loaded on the customer’s Z Card by 28 February 2019.
