Diesel spills at Z sites

30/08/2012 - Health and safety

As much as we would like to, we can’t escape the inevitable spill of product at our service stations and truck stops. However, it is really important that we don’t leave these spills to contaminate the environment, water ways or to cause your tires to be slippery and therefore dangerous.

So, we have a request for you. If you see some diesel or petrol spilled on the ground, instead of driving through it and causing further problems, please report it.

This can be done by telling the staff at the service station or by pushing the help phone button at the truck stop and report it to the help desk. In both instances the spill will be cleaned up promptly.
