Exciting changes for Z Card customers

You told us and we listened! At Z, we take the time to listen to our customers and find out what’s important to them. We’re continuously looking for ways to improve our service to our customers so we’ve made a few changes to Z Card.

Icons are out

Every time you add or change a permitted product on your card, the changes are now effective on your existing card; there’s no need to replace your card every time you update permitted products, and now you don’t need to wait around for a new card to arrive.

If you order a new or replacement card, the permitted product icons will no longer be printed on the back of your card.

You’re almost at your limit

When you’re constantly on the road and regularly filling up, it’s easy to go over the monthly card limit. But now we’ve made it easy for you to keep tabs on your fuel spend. If you’ve supplied us with your email address through Z Card Online or e-invoicing, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know when you’ve reached 80% of your monthly spend limit.

If you have any questions about these changes to Z Card, please call our friendly customer service team on 0800 474 355, or email us at cardenquiries@z.co.nz

We’re always looking for ways to continuously improve our service to our customers, so if you’ve got any feedback, please just email us at cardenquiries@z.co.nz
