Choosing the reward that suits you

When it comes to rewarding you for your loyalty, we reckon we’ve made it simple for your business to make sure every drop counts.

We’re proud to be the only New Zealand fuel retailer that offers Fly Buys - the nation’s biggest loyalty programme.

If you’re eligible to earn Fly Buys points with your Z Card account, we’ll add up your total fuel spend at Z service stations at the end of each month, and allocate one Fly Buys point for every $50 (incl GST) spent… getting you closer to that next reward.

With Christmas coming up fast, if you’re a Fly Buys fan, have you decided how you’ll use your points this year – gifts for your staff or a holiday for yourself perhaps? Here are a few tips on getting the most from your Fly Buys membership:

  • To check your Fly Buys points balance visit
  • If you choose to earn Airpoints DollarsTM instead go to
  • To check out all the great rewards on offer, visit the Fly Buys reward store at
  • Fly Buys have introduced Top it Up, making it easier to get great rewards by letting you pay with a mix of points and your credit or debit card.
  • Air New Zealand’s new AirpointsTM for Business programme rewards small to medium sized businesses with Airpoints Dollars every time an employee travels on Air New Zealand for work, or when the business spends with an Airpoints for Business Partner or Fly Buys Partner. Individual travellers still earn the same number of Airpoints Dollars™ and Status Points as before; but the business can now earn additional Airpoints Dollars for the Airpoints for Business account too.

If you’re eligible to earn Fly Buys and haven’t yet linked your Fly Buys number to your Z Card, get in touch with the team on 0800 474 355 or email to set it up.  With your Fly Buys number loaded against your Z Card account, it all happens behind the scenes, so no need to swipe your Fly Buys, or Airpoints, card too.

Terms and conditions apply.
