We are getting lift-off on the airfields

The replacement of our airfield point of sale (POS) technology is well down the track with 28 locations already complete and only 18 more to go.

We really appreciate the way customers have worked with us around the project times on site.

Until we’ve finished there are a few things pilots still have to remember.

As we get into the thick of it you will more likely come across the new system so remember to take your old and new cards until all have been changed to the new POS, and it is really important to know your PIN numbers. These reminders also apply if you pick up fuel via the Ardmore into-plane service. You need both your card and PIN number because the old paper-based service provided in the tanker is gone.

Remember when you’re thinking about travel to check z.co.nz/aviationupgrade for information on the next sites to be worked on, and watch out for the email updates.

It’s been great to see a number of customers have already taken the time to pick up the phone and tell us how they’ve found the new system. Without exception people have said the new machines are easier to read, faster and it’s easy to follow the instructions.

Thank you for the patience you’ve shown throughout the project.
