Month end got a whole lot easier for our business customers thanks to Z’s partnership with Xero, the accounting software that enables you to have a copy of your Z Card invoice data automatically fed into Xero.
If there’s one thing our business customers are always telling us they need more of, it’s time. Time for the important stuff, like growing their business and enjoying life.
We listened to our customers, and this time last year, we embarked on a project to help make our customers’ lives that little bit easier. By teaming up with another world class Kiwi company, Xero, we’ve managed to do just that.
As the first supplier in New Zealand to provide a free, automatic Xero feed, we reckon we’re onto something. And our customers do, too – already, more than 1,000 business customers are getting a copy of their Z Card invoice data fed directly into Xero, making it easier to keep their accounts up-to-date.
Because we’re committed to making customers’ lives easier, we wanted to know what people thought about their Z Card Xero feed.
When we asked them, more than three quarters said they were either ‘extremely satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with the service – so much so, that they’d have no hesitation in recommending the service to a friend. If you’re keen to hear more from our satisfied Xero feed customers, check out their videos at z.co.nz/xero.
In fact, it’s been such a hit that we’ve been busy working away in the background to try and work out a way to make the Xero feed work for even more customers, so watch this space!
