How do I pay for my Z Espress Pre-order hot drinks?
When you place your first pre-order, you can securely save your credit or debit card information within Z App. That means your future pre-orders can be paid for using the same payment card. You are also able to save a pre-order as a ‘favourite’ and select that with simply one tap for future pre-orders. -
What drinks can I pre-order?
You can pre-order any of the Z Espress hot drinks available on the menu in Z App. We're monitoring closely, and will look at adding additional options based on feedback from people like you. -
Do pre-orders count toward my free coffee rewards?
Yes, they do - we'll automatically add your Z Espress pre-orders to your digital loyalty coffee card inside Z App. For every 5 hot drinks that you buy, the 6th one is on us - free! That means there's no need for you to swipe or scan, you simply pre-order, pre-pay and pick-up! -
Do I have to enter my order every time or can I save my favourites?
You are able to save an order as your favourite pre-order Z Espress option, and simply select that next time with one tap - too easy!
