Tell Z Survey promotion terms and conditions

  1. The ‘Tell Z Survey’ promotion is offered by us, Z Energy Limited of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand. 
  2. The promotion is open to all Z Customers who make a purchase at a participating Z service station and receive an invitation at a participating location or by electronic means, and complete the online survey at www.tellz.co.nz. Customers must complete the survey in New Zealand and either be resident in New Zealand or travelling in New Zealand for at least one week after a Draw to win a Prize in that Draw.  
  3. Our employees, our contracted retailers, employees of Z service stations, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings, and children (including step parent, sibling and children). We may require proof of an entrant's eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Promotion. 
  4. To enter the draw, customers need to make a purchase at a participating Z service station at any time during the promotion, be randomly selected as a survey respondent, enter the unique survey entry code at www.tellz.co.nz and complete the survey in its entirety. 
  5. Prize draws will be conducted monthly during the promotion and $500 Z Gift Card is available in each draw. The first valid entry drawn in each monthly draw will win the prize. Winners of the prize can only win once. 
  6. We will take reasonable efforts to notify all prize winners by phone within seven days of the relevant prize draw. If a prize winner cannot be contacted by phone within this time frame the prize will be redrawn or forfeited, at our discretion. 
  7. Our decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  8. We accept no responsibility for any variation in the prizes. The prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason a prize winner does not redeem the prize or any element of the Prize within the time chosen by us, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or that element of the prize. 
  9. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms. 
  10. By entering the promotion, you agree that we may use your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the sole purpose of promoting this Tell Z Survey promotion (including any outcome).   
  11. We may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion as a whole, or all or part of these terms, at any time and for any reason and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result. 
  12. Any personal information collected about individuals as part of this Promotion will be collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy
  13. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, we shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms, the promotion and/or taking the prize for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any entrant or prize winner, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable.  
  14. Information on how to enter the survey and the prizes forms part of these terms. Participation in this survey is deemed acceptance of these terms. 
  15. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
