Z Business Rewards Campaign | Terms and conditions

Z Energy is offering the choice of 250 Flybuys or 50 Airpoints Dollars™ to new Z Business customers who open a Z Business Plus or a verified Associated “Z Business Partner for {authorized partner} account” as determined by us between 12.01am Monday 5 July until 11.59pm Friday 20 August 2021 (“The promotional period”).  This offer is also available to existing customers who refer a business that opens a Z Business Plus account during the promotional period. The rewards will be applied to the nominated Flybuys or Airpoints account linked to the Z Business account by 30 September 2021.

  1. Who administers this promotion? The promotion is administered by Z Energy Ltd (Z) of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand.
  2. What is included in the promotion? New customers: Will receive their choice of 250 Flybuys or 50 Airpoints Dollars™ to their nominated loyalty program when they open a Z Business Plus or a verified Z Business Partner account during the promotional period.

    Existing customers: Will receive their choice of 250 Flybuys or 50 Airpoints Dollars™ to their nominated loyalty program when they ‘refer a business’ that opens a Z Business Plus account during the promotional period, using the correct email referral mechanism. The maximum number of referrals that existing customers may make to accrue Flybuys or Airpoints Dollars™ during the promotional period is three.
  3. Points eligibility: To be eligible for the points, customers need to:
    1. New customers: Apply and be approved for a new Z Business Plus or a verified Associated “Z Business Partner for {authorized partner} account” within the promotional period.
    2. Existing customers: Be an existing customer who shares the correct referral mechanism and email instructions to refer a New Zealand business to apply and be approved for a new Z Business Plus account within the promotional period.
  4. Once Z has determined you have met the criteria for a points award, points will be deposited into the relevant account by 30 September 2021. Z is not liable for any delay in delivery of points to you. If no Flybuys or Airpoints account is linked to the Z Business account within the promotional period, the points will not be added or backdated.
  5. Other offers: Unless we agree otherwise, this offer is not able to be used in conjunction with any other offers during the promotional period (for example, further bonus loyalty point offers).  Points are non-transferrable, and not redeemable for cash.

  8. Non-eligibility: We may refuse you entry into the promotion, remove your entries, and/or refuse to provide you with points where, in our view, you have acted fraudulently or not complied with these terms and conditions or Z Business terms and conditions, or have acted in any way that we reasonably consider has (or is likely to) cause harm to us, our related companies, or other business partners. This offer is only eligible for Z Business Plus and verified Associated “Z Business Partner for {authorized partner} accounts. This promotion excludes Z Business for Charities and Commercial fuels accounts.
  9. You will not be eligible for the promotion if you open an account and then cancel it either during or three months after the promotion period. In this instance, you will, at our choosing, (1) not receive the points; or (2) if you have already received a points, we may require you to reimburse us for its value.
  10. You will not be eligible for the promotion if a referred customer opens an account and cancels it either during or three months after the promotion period. In this instance, both the referred customer and the referee will, at our choosing, (1) not receive the points; or (2) if you have already received a points, we may require you to reimburse us for its value.
  11. Where you provide incorrect information: We accept no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of entries submitted by entrants using an email address or phone number belonging to any other person.
  12. Z Group eligibility Employees and Agents of Z Energy Corporate are eligible to participate in this promotion through the internal referral program.
  13. Changes and cancellation: We may terminate, modify or suspend the terms of this promotion, or the promotion as a whole, for any reason at any time. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of material changes or cancellation before the change or cancellation takes effect, by posting notice on our website or contacting you directly, but we are not under an obligation to communicate this.
  14. Our liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of this promotion.
  15. Other terms: Our decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
