By participating in this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions.  

1.  The promotion is run by us, Z Energy Ltd of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Promoter”).  

2.  To enter the draw, you must fuel up 1,000 litres or more with your Z Business fuel card between 12.00am Thursday, 1 February until 11.59pm Sunday, 31 March 2024. You must be an existing active member of n3 Limited, with a fuel card linked to the Z Business partner for n3 Limited product. Limit 1 entry per Z Business account.   

3.  There is one $2,500 NZD fuel credit (including GST) (“Prize”) available, to be applied to the winner’s Z Business account.   

4.  The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

5.  The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter by no later than Monday, 15 April 2024.   

6.  The winner will be deemed to be the registered owner of the Z Business account associated with the winning entry.   

7.  You will not be eligible for the Prize if you cancel your Z Business account before the winner is drawn.   

8.  The Promoter may refuse entries into the promotion, remove entries, and/or refuse to provide the winner with the Prize where, in its view, they have acted fraudulently or not complied with these terms and conditions or the Z Business terms and conditions.   

9.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of entries submitted by entrants using a Z Business fuel card belonging to any other person.   

10. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.   

11.  If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.   

12.  These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
