UPDATED: Third-party payment issue impacting Z

UPDATE

As an update to our announcement earlier this morning, we are pleased to advise that the issue with our ability to offer pay at pump transactions, after our third-party payment provider faced problems, has been resolved.

This now means all Z and Caltex* sites, including our truck stops and automated sites, are trading as normal.

We sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience this outage has caused our customers and wish to reassure you we will be undertaking a thorough investigation with our third-party payment system providers to understand what has happened.

*Caltex Fitzherbert remains impacted however we expect a resolution for this site shortly.
  

THURSDAY MORNING 

We are aware of an issue with our third-party payment system that is impacting companies across New Zealand today, including Z Energy (Z).

Unfortunately, this means Z and Caltex customers need to pay in-store at this time as we are unable to process pay at pump transactions. Payment at our Truckstop and automated sites are unavailable at this time. 

We apologise to those customers that are impacted as a result of this issue and want to reassure you that we are working closely with our third-party payment provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
