Z recognised as top New Zealand company for career growth

Z Energy (Z) has been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the top companies in Aotearoa New Zealand for career growth of our people. Something the company is thrilled about says Z’s Talent Acquisition Advisor, Sophie Clarke.

LinkedIn’s Top Companies ranking, released annually, recognises the top 25 companies in Aotearoa that are investing in their talent and helping people build careers that will set them up for long-term success.

To put together the Top 25 list, LinkedIn looked at their own data across seven pillars, each revealing an important element of career progression: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and spread of educational backgrounds.
