By participating in this promotion, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The promotion is run by us, Z Energy Limited, of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. The Promoter is running a ‘Earn a bonus 20 Airpoints Dollars™ when you download Z App and add your Airpoints™ card’ offer for Z customers (the “Promotion”).

3. The Promotion consists of one (1) prize of 20 Airpoints DollarsTM to be applied to the user’s respective Airpoints account (the “Prize”).

4. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Entries are open to Z customers who reside in New Zealand, are aged 18 or over on the date of entry, and have received an email inviting them to enter the Promotion directly from Air New Zealand (“Eligible Entrants”). This excludes employees of The Promoter and their immediate families. 

6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must be a registered Z App user and upload their Airpoints card into their Z App between 12:01am 28 March 2025 and 11:59pm 2 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

7. A winner will be disqualified from claiming their Prize if they cancel their Z App account before the Draw Date or have had an Airpoints card uploaded in their Z App at any time during the 6 months preceding 28 March 2025.

8. The registered owner of the Z App account will be the winner of the Prize. The 20 Airpoints Dollars™ will be applied by Air New Zealand to the Airpoints account linked to the Z App account within 30 days.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of the entries submitted by Eligible Entrants using a Airpoints™ number belonging to any other person, or by cardholders who are not the registered owner of the Z App account.

11. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including if fraud or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority.

12. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

13. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter, Air New Zealand Limited, and any third-party service providers engaged for the purposes of the Promotion, will not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect or consequential liability, loss, expenses or damage whatsoever, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion and / or the Prize.

14. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries that are late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information.

15. Eligible Entrants are responsible for all content submitted as part of their entry. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such content to the full extent permitted by law.

16. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Errors and omissions will be accepted solely at the Promoter’s discretion.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
