Problems disconnecting from a charger
- Ensure charging session is stopped, either in app or by swiping your Z charge tag. Once session has stopped, the car will release the cable
If this does not work, try the following:
- Lock and unlock your car
- Gently push the cable back into the charging port on the car
- Supporting the cables weight while trying to release the connector can help
If none of this works, call our support 24/7 support team on 0800 474 355 as they are able to reset the charger remotely which should release the cable.
