FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Z Energy Limited is running a ‘Win a year’s worth free fuel’ competition (“The Promotion”). The Promotion is promoted by Z Energy Limited, of 3 Queen’s Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand (“Z”).
- The Prize “a year’s worth free fuel” valued at NZ$4,950 is calculated based on our modelling of fuel transactions in New Zealand showing an average spend of approximately $95 per week, multiplied by 52 weeks to create a year of free fuel.
- Entry open to those who download Z App 2.0 and sign up by 11:59pm 6 October 2023 (The Promotion end date).
- Entrants may only enter The Promotion once.
- Participation in The Promotion is not open to employees of Z Energy Limited.
- One winner for The Promotion will be drawn by conducting a random draw from all eligible entries on 10 October 2023. Z can conduct a further random draw for an alternate winner if it decides, acting reasonably, that the winner or the winner’s entry does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- The winner will receive Z gift cards to use for buying “a year’ worth free fuel” valued at NZ$4,950 total (“The Prize”). The Prize will comprise 8 x $500 Z gift cards, 9 x $100 Z gift cards, 1 x $50 Z gift card.
- Z will attempt to contact the winner by phone and in writing using the contact details associated with the winner’s Z App account to notify the winner that they have won the right to The Prize by 10 October 2023 (unless a re-draw is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, in which case notification may occur on a later date).
- If the winner does not respond to Z with their chosen Z station for delivery of The Prize within a reasonable time (as determined by Z) of Z attempting to make contact, then the winner forfeits the right to The Prize and Z will redraw a winner.
- The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Prize will be sent to winner’s chosen Z station and must be collected in person by the winner during business hours, within 14 days of the winner being notified by Z that The Prize is available for collection (which will be approximately two weeks after the winner has provided the confirmation of their chosen Z station). The winner may be required to present identification to claim The Prize.
- The Prize gift cards will only be activated upon the winner’s confirmation of its selected Z station to receive The Prize and will be valid for 24 months from the activation date.
- Z gift cards can only be used at Z stations nationwide.

- Information you provide will be held in accordance with Z’s Privacy Policy found here https://www.z.co.nz/privacy/.
- The winner agrees that Z may use your name for promotional reasons.
- Z, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify The Promotion if for any reason The Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including if fraud or any other factor beyond Z’s reasonable control adversely affects Z’s ability to conduct The Promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority.
